Packaging requirements for consignment goods

1. The outer packaging must meet the adaptability of transportation vehicles such as air and land transportation.

2. A single overweight cargo must exceed 9 centimeters in length (most countries require fumigation certificates for wooden packaging).

3. The outer packaging must comply with the adaptability of packaging operations, such as the convenience of secondary packaging for work boxes and exhibitors.

4. The outer packaging must meet the requirements of the item itself, such as pressure protection, impact resistance, mold resistance, rust prevention, shock resistance, static electricity, etc.

5. The outer packaging must comply with the loading and unloading machinery and methods, such as forklift operation, crane operation, and manual loading and unloading.

6. The outer packaging must comply with storage adaptability, such as the ease of identification of shipping marks and labels, and the adaptability of storage locations and facilities.

7. The bubble weight goods in the discounted weight section must have a standard outer packaging box, otherwise they cannot be charged according to the discounted weight section.

8. All goods packaged with wooden frames must be repackaged with paper or film.

9. The internal packaging gaps of all goods must not be too large, especially fragile items, and there must be no gaps.

10. If all packaging is modified or the outer packaging is not very good, all goods must be stamped with a fragile/unqualified seal on all Tianlin waybills in front of the customer.

11. The outer packaging of all exported goods should be in good condition, especially if the outer packaging is soft or only one layer of paper is used to manufacture the outer packaging material, the goods should be replaced in good cardboard packaging.

12. All small packages or documents must be packaged in bags or document bags from the corresponding channels. Small packages on the first international dedicated line must be inverted in DHL bags, and documents should be sealed with the first voyage documents to avoid confusion in cargo distribution.

13. Fragile items should be labeled as fragile. When loading and unloading goods, they should be lightly tapped and placed. When loading, the goods should be picked up. When reloading, the goods should be loaded to avoid heavy or light pressure.

14. Some customers are not allowed to add stones, sand, bricks, and other miscellaneous items to their goods in order to achieve the discounted weight.
